Ormai sono 2 settimane che utilizzo gli infusi e devo dire che sono ottimi davvero! Gusto non stanca e sono perfetti sia con acqua calda che con acqua temperatura ambiente (io li uso anche con acqua fredda e sono buonissimi lo stesso) La borraccia è utilissima e comodissima! tutto veramente perfetto! non da meno è l'assistenza via whatsapp, rapidi e cortesi!

What is Mate?

Mate is a traditional beverage popular in South America, particularly widespread in countries such as Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Brazil. It is prepared by infusing the leaves of a plant called Ilex paraguariensis, commonly known as "yerba mate." The leaves are dried, chopped, and then steeped in hot water to produce the mate infusion.

 

Mate is appreciated not only for its distinctive flavor but also for its stimulating and nourishing properties, making it a popular choice for maintaining energy and promoting overall well-being.

What are the benefits of drinking Mate?

Among the beneficial properties of mate are:
